What is the first visit like?

How is ADHD diagnosed?
If you suspect you may have ADHD, I offer a comprehensive process:
Initial Consultation (30 min): Assessment of your general health status.
Specific Evaluation (60 min): Specialized testing to determine the presence of ADHD.
Treatment Plan (30 min): A personalized plan that may include therapy, medication, or both.
Are online consultations available?
Yes, I offer both in-person and online consultations with the same level of quality and privacy, adapted to your situation and needs.
Is a prescription required for medication?
If the treatment includes medication, it is prescribed according to an individual medical evaluation and in compliance with current regulations. All decisions are made in a personalized and safe manner.
How frequent are the visits?
The frequency of sessions is not fixed and adapts entirely to your clinical situation.
Initial Phase: At the beginning of treatment, it is common to have more frequent follow-ups (every 3 or 4 weeks).
Maintenance Phase: Once stability is reached, visits are usually spaced out to every 2, 3, or 6 months, depending on your clinical progress.
